Free Curbside Delivery – Average Shipping Time 7-10 Days

We offer "Free Shipping" on all Massage Chair Wellness orders shipping to any destination in the lower 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping). All massage chair orders include free standard curbside delivery. There are no hidden charges or handling fees. All shipments also include full shipping insurance. This service includes delivery of package(s) directly to the curbside at the end of your driveway. This service is strictly delivery. We always recommend that two people be available to assist in bringing the box(es) into your home or business, as most chairs in total parcel include two to three boxes and can weigh upwards of 250 to 300 lbs. Please know that standard curbside delivery does not include over the threshold delivery, installation, or debris removal. We do however, offer for an additional $250.00, White Glove Delivery. White Glove Service ($250.00) – Average shipping time 10-16 Days
We are happy to offer inside delivery and installation on all massaging recliners, also known as White Glove Delivery, for an additional flat fee of $250.00. This is a comprehensive delivery and set-up service which includes scheduled delivery (climbing up a maximum of two flights of stairs), unpacking, product installation, including comprehensive operational check-list, and finally removal of all debris and packing materials from the set-up site. Generally, the installation will take about one hour.

Upon completing your order, Massage Chair Wellness will email an electronic order confirmation, and subsequent shipping notification and tracking numbers as appropriate. We want our customers to be informed every step of the way. The product ships to a local delivery terminal, and upon arrival, a schedule and delivery call will be set-up. All White Glove Deliveries are performed between 8:00am and 5:00pm M-F - generally with a four hour delivery window. We ask that you please be sure to include any special instructions at this time, if there are any tricky driveways, or delivery circumstances.

Delivery will be made, as scheduled, via lift-gate truck; the driver
is responsible for transport and unloading.

60 Day Returns & Flat Fee (No Restocking or Hidden Fees)

Don't love your massage chair? You can return your order within 60 days from the purchase date, for any reason - for FLAT FEE $250*.

A massage chair purchased for the advertised price (or quoted as an in-store sale price), if returned within 60 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund (excluding White Glove fees which are non-refundable), less $250 to cover cost of original shipping.

If returned within 60 days of purchase date, you would receive a full refund, minus $250 for the original shipping. Upgrades like indoor setup service are non refundable.
Massage chair must be repackaged in it's original packaging, and must include all parts, hardware, controller and accessories. Customer must call us at 888-978-5285 for a Return Merchandise Authorization , (RMA#), and to schedule pick-up. Any package shipped to our facility without an RMA# will be refused, and returned to shipper at the shippers expense. Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be processed.
(Applies to standard shipping only. Upgrades for delivery and assembly services are always are non refundable).

Actual shipping charges can cost upwards of $800 depending upon your location. We also do not advertise "No Risk - In Home Free Trial" then charge you $400, as other retailers do. Restocking Fees you ask? No - Never. We are one of the only authorized dealers that does not charge restocking fees! Industry standard is 15-20% restocking fee - so be cautious!

Extended Track Length

The Osaki Kairos includes a total track length of 54 in., which is longer than most massage chairs in the market. The extended track length provides extra long massage stroke, suitable for individuals up to 6’3" in height. This can mean inside garage, on porch, or over the threshold into the house. Delivery location is determined by the shipping agent.
