Too Good to Be True Pricing?

Here at Massage Chairs Give Back we converse with confused, nay befuddled, customers regularly. Here is a sampling of FAQs to ponder:

WHY should I buy a massage chair for $3,500.00 from you, when I can get the same exact chair on eBay for a thousand dollars less?

Answer: If you are buying from any massage chair from an authorized dealer, dealers are contractually prohibited from advertising a brand new chair with active warranty, below a certain price (as set by the manufacturer). If a legitimate, authorized dealer is reported advertising below this set price, they will loose their contract with the manufacturer. Period. Therefore, if you choose to purchase from a less than scrupulous seller, you may find that you have no warranty, or an invalid warranty.

WHY can't you meet a price I see on Groupon, eBay, etc - with your 110% Price Match Guarantee?

Answer: We will absolutely stand behind our guarantee, if the quote, as submitted in writing, is a price being offered by an authorized dealer. For more, see answer above.

WHY don't you sell the "insert flashy massage chair name here"? My neighbor just bought this chair on Amazon.com - and she paid $15,000.00 for it?

Answer: The industry is seeing more and more "fly by night" massage chairs companies flooding the market with unvetted, untested, and unsupported massage chairs. Importing and selling massage chairs is EASY -- building a trusted brand that has a strong dedicated infrastructure that supports their products with excellent technical support and on-site repair is HARD! When your massage chair is delivered, and is not operational, do you want to email the Amazon seller - only to find out they are OPERATING IN China. That they have no support, or that you have to wait months for any kind of satisfaction or resolution? Customers, do you due diligence. Research the brand. Call the manufacturer, does anyone answer? In many cases, the answer is no. BUYER BEWARE.
